The Borders and Coastguard Agency’s Chief Executive Officer Andrew Bonfante is proud to announce the promotion to Senior Borders and Coastguard Officer of Hamish Couper.

SBCO Couper commenced employment within the Borders and Coastguard Agency (formerly Security and Immigration Ltd) on the 1^st October 2009. He has conducted his duties admirably at the Frontier, Airport, Cruise and Ferry Terminals over the past 6 years. SBCO Couper’s promotion will come into effect as from 1^st April 2016.
